Shirelle is originally from Brooklyn, NY, and spent most of her life on the East Coast. In 2020, she decided to move to Texas, and she has loved every minute of it since!

Shirelle started working in insurance servicing in New Jersey in 2018, where she gained valuable experience focusing on customer service. Her passion is providing excellent customer service, and she always strives to exceed expectations.

Outside of work, Shirelle enjoys spending time with her husband of 10 years and their talented children, laughing and making memories together.
