Meet Lisa Hodges

Lisa graduated from Tarleton State University in 2015 with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Management. She was born in Colorado, raised in Oklahoma, and moved to Texas in the late 1980s. She began her insurance career in 1999 and joined Integrity Personal Insurance in October 2013. Lisa has worked in various positions during her tenure with Integrity including Sales Advisor, Customer Service Rep, and Service Manager. She was promoted to Integrity's President in 2019.

At Integrity, Lisa enjoys working with each team member and helping them increase their knowledge and expertise in their respective roles. She is a fearless leader and a player's coach with a strong passion for helping others grow and succeed.

Aside from her role at Integrity, Lisa is a wife to Charlie, a mother to Tommy and his wife Brittany, Bobby and his wife Erin, and Gigi to five beautiful grandchildren. She has two dogs (Trooper and Duchess) and loves spending time by the pool or on a beach, riding horses, and being actively involved in their church, Christ Chapel Bible Church.
