Meet Lisa Hodges

Lisa Hodges brings a wealth of experience and a passion for growth to her role as President of Integrity Insurance Group. A 2015 graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Management, Lisa's diverse background, spanning her upbringing in Colorado and Oklahoma before settling in Texas in the late 1980s, enriches her leadership perspective.

Her distinguished insurance career began in 1999, culminating in her joining Integrity Insurance Group in October 2013. During her tenure, Lisa has contributed across various vital positions, including Sales Advisor, Customer Service Representative, and Service Manager. Her dedication and expertise led to her promotion to President of Integrity in 2019.

As President, Lisa is deeply committed to the success of every team member. She finds immense satisfaction in fostering their knowledge and expertise, embodying a fearless leader and a "player's coach" who champions individual growth and collective achievement. Her strong passion for helping others thrive is evident in her daily interactions and strategic vision for the independent agency.

Beyond her professional achievements, Lisa is a devoted wife to Charlie, a proud mother to Tommy (and his wife, Brittany) and Bobby (and his wife, Erin), and a cherished "Gigi" to five beautiful grandchildren. She shares her home with two beloved dogs, Trooper and Duchess, and enjoys spending her free time by the pool or on a beach, riding horses, and actively participating in her church, Christ Chapel Bible Church.
