With more than 25 years of customer service experience, including eight years as an Administrative Manager, Lisa has built her career around helping people and making every interaction a positive one. She enjoys getting to know clients, resolving issues, and working alongside her colleagues to find thoughtful, practical solutions. She’s excited to bring her experience and dedication to the Integrity Insurance team.

Outside of work, family is at the heart of Lisa’s life. She’s a proud mom of two daughters and grandmother of six—five girls, including the oldest twins, and one boy, the youngest. She loves cheering on her grandchildren at sporting events, piano recitals, and gymnastics meets. In her downtime, she enjoys reading, gardening, and cooking.
