Kristi Dyer is a seasoned professional who has been an invaluable part of the Integrity Insurance Group team for over a decade. Her extensive tenure showcases her diverse expertise, having excelled in various key roles including Customer Service Representative, Service Manager, and Retention Specialist. Currently, Kristi plays a pivotal role as a Special Project Manager in Administration, a position where her keen organizational skills and strategic insight ensure the smooth operation and success of the entire team.

Originally from Eden Prairie, MN, Kristi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire. Before bringing her talents to the insurance industry, she gained a decade of experience in the mortgage sector. At Integrity, Kristi thrives on working diligently behind the scenes, ensuring that the team has the support and resources needed to consistently deliver exceptional service to clients.

Outside of her vital contributions at Integrity, Kristi cherishes quality time with her husband, Nick, their two children, Sophia and Ethan, and their beloved dogs, Hazel (Golden/Lab) and Lucy (a terrier mix). She finds joy in hiking, reading, and engaging with her faith. A passionate sports fan, Kristi enthusiastically supports the Texas Rangers, Minnesota Twins, and the Duke Blue Devils.
