This position involves direct communication with clients to build relationships, selling home/auto/etc. insurance policies and developing a professional referral network. This is not a 9:00-5:00, “punch the time-clock” career and hours are flexible. Integrity is growing and opportunities for advancement are available.
Required Duties Include:
- Building relationships with referral partners in the mortgage and real estate sectors
- Attending networking events and community programs
- Direct communication with prospects and clients
- Quoting and binding new insurance policies
- Structured follow up processes with new clients
Compensation for this position is commission based with an industry leading agent split. Successful agents should expect to earn $45,000 – $60,000 in the first year. The compensation plan also includes an aggressive renewal commission rate and agents should expect to earn $100,000 annually in their fourth year.
