Integrity Personal Insurance is an industry-leading independent insurance agency in McKinney, TX. We are looking for motivated sales people who want the freedom to work with 20+ carriers and help their clients protect their most valuable assets.
We pay a very healthy commission on both new and renewal business.
We will provide all training and we reimburse licensing after 12 months of employment. We also have proven lead development programs that will fill your pipeline quickly.
This is not a typical “9-5 punch the timeclock” career. The hours are flexible and there is an expectation that you are regularly out of the office attending networking events and meeting with referral partners
Responsibilities Include:
· Building relationships with mortgage and real estate referral partners
· Attending networking events and community programs
· Direct communication with prospects and clients
· Quoting and binding new insurance policies
· Structured follow up processes with new clients
